二(er)、就是勞動合同簽訂后(hou),企(qi)(qi)業和員(yuan)工約(yue)定(ding)表示自愿(yuan)放(fang)棄(qi)社(she)(she)保(bao),可以(yi)多(duo)(duo)拿工資。根據勞動法(fa)的規(gui)定(ding),用(yong)人單位和勞動者必須依法(fa)參加社(she)(she)會(hui)保(bao)險,繳(jiao)納社(she)(she)會(hui)保(bao)險費。企(qi)(qi)業相關規(gui)定(ding)和制度不(bu)能夠違反國家法(fa)律的,所以(yi)雙方(fang)約(yue)定(ding)放(fang)棄(qi)社(she)(she)保(bao)或者用(yong)現金形式發放(fang)不(bu)交社(she)(she)保(bao)的情況都存在(zai)著巨大(da)的隱(yin)患。從員(yuan)工長(chang)遠利(li)益來講也是巨大(da)的損害,過(guo)去有很多(duo)(duo)物業的保(bao)潔和保(bao)安人員(yuan)在(zai)這(zhe)個企(qi)(qi)業工作(zuo)十幾年二(er)十年也從來沒有買(mai)過(guo)社(she)(she)保(bao),現在(zai)他要退休了(le),想起(qi)來去要企(qi)(qi)業做賠償和補繳(jiao),這(zhe)種情況很多(duo)(duo)。所以(yi)短期(qi)利(li)益和長(chang)遠的利(li)益,另一方(fang)也都一樣不(bu)會(hui)好過(guo)的。
三、就是(shi)退(tui)休人員的(de)社(she)保(bao)和退(tui)休再就業(ye)(ye)人員可(ke)報工(gong)(gong)傷。現在企業(ye)(ye)招人難,招聘實(shi)習工(gong)(gong)、小時工(gong)(gong)、非全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)以及退(tui)休和再就業(ye)(ye)人員是(shi)非常常見了,企業(ye)(ye)可(ke)以單獨為這些特定人員購買(mai)工(gong)(gong)傷保(bao)險,以規避可(ke)能出險的(de)風(feng)險。
四、就(jiu)是換(huan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)期間的(de)(de)社(she)保(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)對接。員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)跳槽或(huo)者(zhe)更換(huan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),社(she)保(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)轉移和(he)對接是由上一(yi)(yi)家單位(wei)和(he)新入職單位(wei)雙方協(xie)作(zuo)完成的(de)(de)。從上家公司(si)離職時(shi)應轉出(chu)社(she)保(bao)(bao)給新入職的(de)(de)公司(si),但是因為(wei)(wei)個(ge)人(ren)的(de)(de)原(yuan)因無法(fa)轉出(chu)的(de)(de)情況,企業人(ren)資一(yi)(yi)定要和(he)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)達成共識,并催促(cu)他(ta)及(ji)(ji)時(shi)處理前面的(de)(de)問題(ti)及(ji)(ji)時(shi)轉入。因為(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)復雜性和(he)因員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)身(shen)原(yuan)因無法(fa)轉入,且人(ren)字要及(ji)(ji)時(shi)讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)寫一(yi)(yi)份文(wen)件說明因自(zi)身(shen)的(de)(de)具體(ti)原(yuan)因,同時(shi)督促(cu)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)盡早轉入,以(yi)免(mian)節外生枝。
