課程背景
       在不確定的復雜新時代,一個企業*的危機、*的威脅、*的問題,不是來自外部環境,更不是來自競爭對手太強,而是來自于內部。
從內部來看,首先來自干部,來自組織骨骼不強,干部心智模式滯后,角色單薄和錯位太弱。
如果將企業組織視為一個有機體,那么企業家就是大腦,員工是手腳,而干部則是承上啟下的腰部,所以,“正確路線確定以后,干部就是確定因素”。
在企業經營管理實踐中,干部如果沒有危機意識就是企業*的危機。干部認知低下、責任感的缺失,不愿不干不能擔當,就是一個企業*的威脅;干部能力的滯后、跟不上,就是企業轉型升級面臨*的問題。因此,對管理提供系統訓練十分必要。但在實際管理中常常存在以下問題:社會變化太快,自我學習薄弱,跟不上組織變革的速度;缺乏自我定位能力,不能準確進行角色定位;在工作中對管理出現的問題不能正確地理解和看待,對上對下都有抱怨,不愿意承擔責任,缺乏正確的管理意識與觀念;時間觀念缺乏,每天的工作缺乏規劃,沒有重點,看起來每天都很忙,但不知在忙什么,忙得沒有效果,執行力嚴重缺乏,領導的意圖總是貫徹不到位或者沒有及時落實;領導能力缺乏,影響力不夠,不能有效領導員工,不善于激勵員工和調動員工工作積極性。這個時代如果不會自我管理,學會改變,價值重塑,“時代拋棄你,一聲再見也不會說。”企業、個人都如此。
