課程背景:
本課程講師通過大量的采購相關的項目管理案例分析和互動教學,使參加者學完本課程回到工作崗位后,能夠在實際工作中運用到項目管理的理念,最重要的是能夠獨立領導項目或深度參與項目工作,并逐漸養成用項目管理的理念管理采購相關項目的習慣。
