第一天(9:00-16:00)
1、Minitab基(ji)本介紹(shao)(Introduction to Minitab)
(1)Minitab基本結構、使用技巧(qiao)、保(bao)存(cun)數據、保(bao)存(cun)圖形、新(xin)建項目文(wen)件等(Minitab interface、Minitab Tips、save data, save graphs, how to new projects);
(2)如何基于Minitab拆分、合并工作(zuo)表、堆(dui)疊數(shu)(shu)據、對數(shu)(shu)據進行排(pai)序和子集化操作(zuo)(Split and merge worksheet and subset of worksheet. Sort data);
(3)基礎統(tong)計(ji)學:統(tong)計(ji)學分析思路(lu),正(zheng)態分布,各種常見(jian)統(tong)計(ji)參數(Basic statistics: normal distribution test and some Descriptive statistics);
(4)直方圖、散點(dian)圖、箱線(xian)圖、概率圖、時間(jian)序列圖、餅圖、Pareto 等(deng)(histogram、scatterplot、boxplot and probability plot、time series plot、pie chart main effect plot and pareto plot and so on);
(5)基于圖形進(jin)行數據分(fen)析的案例(Case study on using some kinds of plot);
2、SPC原理及(ji)各(ge)種控(kong)制圖(Statistical process control)
(1)控制(zhi)圖(tu)的基本原理,控制(zhi)限(xian)(xian)的計算,控制(zhi)限(xian)(xian)與規格限(xian)(xian)的區別于(yu)聯系(The principle of control chart, how to calculate the control limit, the difference between control limit and spec limit);
(2)控制圖的判異原則;控制圖的不(bu)同(tong)使用階段的劃分及控制限的確(que)立原則(how to test the special causes in control chart. The stage of control chart);
(3)控(kong)(kong)制圖的選擇樹,基(ji)于數據類型(xing)和合理抽樣方案選擇恰當(dang)的控(kong)(kong)制圖的方法(How to choose the correct control chart base on the data type and samples collecting methods);
(4)Xbar-R控制(zhi)圖(tu)、Xbar-S控制(zhi)圖(tu)、I-MR控制(zhi)圖(tu)、P圖(tu)、NP圖(tu)、C圖(tu)、U圖(tu)制(zhi)作及分析;控制(zhi)圖(tu)使用(yong)的(de)兩類風險分析(Detailed introduction Xbar-R chart, Xbar-S chart, I-MR chart, P chart and NP chart, C chart and U chart. The risk of using control chart);
(5)使用Minitab軟件(jian)進行(xing)監控流程(cheng)是否受(shou)控的案例分析(Using Minitab software to judge if the process in control);
第二天(tian)(9:00-16:00)
1、過(guo)程能力(li)分析(xi)(Capability Analysis)
(1) 過程能力分析的概(gai)念及意義;過程能力分析的原(yuan)理及變異的估計(ji)(Why capability analysis, the capability principle and estimate the variance);
(2)對正態數據的過程能力分析;Cp、Cpk的使用(yong)原則及計(ji)算意義(yi)(The relation between CP/ CPk and what shall we get from the two parameter);
(3)PP、PPk的使用(yong)及計(ji)算(suan);Cp、Cpk、Pp、PPk的區(qu)別與聯系;PPM的計(ji)算(suan)(The difference between CP, PP and CPk, PPk;How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(4)西(xi)格瑪水平Z值(zhi)的計(ji)算(suan)及意義,基(ji)準的西(xi)格瑪水平能力計(ji)算(suan)分析(How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(5)對非正態(tai)分(fen)(fen)布數據(ju)的能(neng)力分(fen)(fen)析(xi):Box-Cox轉(zhuan)換原理、Johnson變換及選擇(Capability analysis for nonnormal data: BOX-COX transform and Johnson transform);
(6)如(ru)何基于Minitab軟件進行其它分(fen)布的能力(li)分(fen)析(xi)(Use individual distribution identification to choose the right distribution);
2、測量系統分析(Measurement system analysis)
(1)測量系統分析(xi)的概念(nian)及變(bian)異源分析(xi)的原(yuan)理(li)(The principle of measurement and the source of variance);
(2)測量系統的穩定性、分辨度、線性、偏倚、重復(fu)性、再現性的概念及意(yi)義(Concept of Stability、discrimination、bias、linearity、repeatability reproducibility);
(3)如何使用Minitab軟件進行量具的線性和(he)偏倚(yi)分析(Bias and linearity analysis in Minitab);
(4)基(ji)于Minitab軟件(jian)創建(jian)測量(liang)系統分析的工(gong)作(zuo)表(Create Gage R&R study worksheet);
(5)Gage R&R的(de)計(ji)算及意義(yi);P/T使用的(de)意義(yi)及計(ji)算(Calculate Gage R&R index and P/T);
(6)可區分(fen)類別數(shu)(NDC)的(de)含義及計算(Number of district categories (NDC));
(7)測量系統分析及(ji)綜(zong)合(he)案例介紹(Case study on measurement system analysis);
第三(san)天(9:00-16:00)
1、假設檢驗(Hypothesis Test)
(1)假(jia)設檢驗(yan)的原理介紹(shao)及何時需(xu)要用假(jia)設檢驗(yan)進(jin)行數據分(fen)析(xi)(The principle of hypothesis test and why need use this tools);
(2)假設(she)檢驗中存(cun)在的(de)兩類(lei)風險分(fen)析(xi)(xi)及如何(he)選(xuan)擇正確(que)的(de)假設(she)檢驗工具(ju)進行(xing)分(fen)析(xi)(xi)(Two kind of risk in hypothesis test and how to choose the right tools to analyze data);
(3)原假(jia)設、備(bei)擇假(jia)設確立的原則(How to set null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis);
(4)單樣(yang)(yang)本Z檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)、單樣(yang)(yang)本T檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)、雙樣(yang)(yang)本T檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)及A*VA進(jin)行數據分析(1-Z test,1-T test ,two sample-T test and A*VA);
(5)P值表示的(de)含義及在不同(tong)的(de)質量工具中(zhong)輸出的(de)匯總(Introduction of P value);
(6)有(you)關假設檢驗的綜合案例介紹(shao)(Case-study for Hypothesis Test);
2、相關與回歸分析(Regression and Correlation)
(1)相關型(xing)分析,相關系(xi)數(shu)的含義(Correlation introduction, correlation coefficient);
(2)一元線性回歸的診斷及參數計算(Simple Regression least ?square ?method ,R2,R2(adj),R2(Pre));
(3)邏輯回歸的案(an)例(li)介(jie)紹(Logistic Regression case-study);
3、試驗(yan)設計(DOE)
(1)試驗設計的發(fa)展及作用(Why DOE and history of DOE);
(2)幾(ji)種常(chang)見(jian)設計(ji)類型的(de)區別,DOE中(zhong)的(de)幾(ji)個常(chang)見(jian)概念(The difference among some common DOE);
(3)實施(shi)DOE的基本(ben)策(ce)略及思路,實施(shi)過程中應注意(yi)事項(xiang)(Process for DOE and some tips);
(4)2k因子設計原理及正交(jiao)試驗原理,因子的主(zhu)效應、交(jiao)互作用(yong)的判(pan)斷(2k Factor 、Main effect and Interaction);
(5)如何基于Minitab軟件進行試驗安排(Create DOE worksheet in Minitab);
(6)復制試驗、中心點(dian)、區組等操(cao)作(How to add number of center points、 Number of blocks、Number of replicates);
(7)判斷模(mo)型的有效性及優化模(mo)型,基(ji)于Minitab軟件中的DOE進行調(diao)優設計(ji)(DOE Analysis、Factorial plot、Response optimizer and Case study);
