貪大有(you)(you)(you)兩個含義,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)貪規模(mo),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)說,盡(jin)管是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)起(qi)步階段(duan),也(ye)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)的將攤子(zi)鋪大。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)貪大利(li),在(zai)很多創業(ye)(ye)者眼里,小利(li)潤從來都(dou)不被看上(shang)眼,認為只有(you)(you)(you)捕捉(zhuo)到鯨(jing)(jing)魚(yu),才(cai)是(shi)(shi)(shi)真正的出海。殊不知,以新創企業(ye)(ye)那么瘦小的身板(ban),即使是(shi)(shi)(shi)捕捉(zhuo)到鯨(jing)(jing)魚(yu),也(ye)有(you)(you)(you)可(ke)能(neng)被噎死。在(zai)一次(ci)名人(ren)訪談(tan)節(jie)目(mu)中(zhong),博鰲亞洲論壇(tan)秘書長龍(long)永圖問了馬云一個問題,阿里巴巴現在(zai)供應商當中(zhong)有(you)(you)(you)多少是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)小企業(ye)(ye)。馬云回答,現在(zai)我們(men)整個阿里巴巴的企業(ye)(ye),電子(zi)商務(wu)有(you)(you)(you)一千(qian)八(ba)百(bai)萬家企業(ye)(ye)支(zhi)持會(hui)員幾乎全(quan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)小企業(ye)(ye)。當然,沃爾(er)瑪(ma)也(ye)好(hao),家樂福也(ye)好(hao),海爾(er)也(ye)好(hao),甚至GE都(dou)在(zai)我們(men)這采購(gou),但是(shi)(shi)(shi)我對這些企業(ye)(ye)一點興趣都(dou)沒有(you)(you)(you)。
馬云解釋道,我(wo)(wo)只對我(wo)(wo)關(guan)心的人感興(xing)趣(qu),我(wo)(wo)只對中(zhong)(zhong)小型(xing)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)感興(xing)趣(qu),我(wo)(wo)就盯(ding)上中(zhong)(zhong)小型(xing)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。順便淘進(jin)來幾個大企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),它不是(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)要(yao)的,我(wo)(wo)相信是(shi)(shi)蝦米驅動(dong)鯊魚,大企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)一定(ding)會被中(zhong)(zhong)小型(xing)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)所(suo)驅動(dong)。所(suo)以(yi)我(wo)(wo)那時候就想企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)在工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)時代(dai)是(shi)(shi)憑規模資(zi)本來取勝,而信息時代(dai)一定(ding)是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)靈活快速(su)的反應。我(wo)(wo)*希望(wang)的就是(shi)(shi)用IT用互聯(lian)網電子商(shang)務去武(wu)裝中(zhong)(zhong)小型(xing)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),使(shi)他們(men)迅速(su)強大起來,小利(li)(li)照(zhao)樣能(neng)夠贏得(de)巨額利(li)(li)潤。在創辦新(xin)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),一夜暴富一口吃成胖(pang)子的夢想,往往難以(yi)實現。利(li)(li)潤的薄厚不是(shi)(shi)關(guan)鍵,關(guan)鍵在于(yu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)否(fou)長久盈利(li)(li),因(yin)此,新(xin)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)輕裝上陣,從小利(li)(li)開始做起,莫(mo)要(yao)讓追(zhui)求(qiu)厚利(li)(li)壓垮(kua)了(le)自己。
