本課程結合企業現場實際狀況與需求,通過企業現場各部門管理制度與體系,綜合現場現有關鍵績效管理體系(KPI),通過目標管理方法(MBO),發現查找問題,使用5S等現場基礎工具,問題解決更加具有針對性與時效性。
通過目標與現狀差距分析法則,明確目標,建立現場數據體系,了解現狀,對比挖掘問題、二八分析、羅列計劃,時間效率管理,進度計劃管理,5S等改善工具有效使用,建立效率提升體系,以及效率提升成果示范展示的活動展開等一些列的現場系統問題發現與解決流程的管理方法。運用*的管理工具,使人員、機器、工具、物料有效運作,能極大的提升運作效率,降低制造成本,縮短交貨時間,增強產品質量,從而提升企業的利潤!
