服務流程
根據客戶的需求,企業內部培訓師訓練計劃(運用培訓教練技術植入課程設計的操作標準)操作流程如下圖:
企業內訓計劃第一階段:
內訓課程(課程設計操作標準講解),建議四天。我們向學員系統講解培訓教練技術(CDOS)的五大模塊,涉及培訓教練技術的各項操作標準,還要當場演示課程設計小助手這套課程設計軟件的使用。課堂上,我們還會用客戶提供的幾份PPT課件作為案例進行分析,并提出改進建議,讓學員真切感受到培訓教練技術對于課程品質改善的巨大作用。這一階段的培訓目標包括:
1、讓客戶的領導干部及內訓師全面系統地了解課程設計操作標準的各項要求;
2、幫助大家澄清、梳理培訓工作中重要的基礎概念;
3、學會運用“課程設計小助手”完成PPT課件框架的設計制作;
4、提升大家對于培訓課程的鑒賞能力,且能發現過往自己設計課程中的不足;
5、幫助(zhu)參加(jia)下階段標準(zhun)演練的(de)內(nei)訓師確定演練的(de)課題(選題)。
企業內訓計劃第二階段:
標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)。標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)收費標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是內訓課(ke)(ke)程的兩倍。三(san)天(tian)(tian)(tian)的標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)在前一階段“內訓課(ke)(ke)程”結束日算起至少45天(tian)(tian)(tian)以(yi)(yi)后進(jin)(jin)行(xing),以(yi)(yi)便讓學員消化(hua)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)內容,并(bing)認真準(zhun)(zhun)備標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的PPT課(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)。標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的主要(yao)(yao)(yao)目標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)在于讓學員學會系統地整理培訓思(si)路的技(ji)巧。建(jian)議(yi)由(you)24人參加(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian),每(mei)位演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)單(dan)獨登上講(jiang)(jiang)臺講(jiang)(jiang)解30分鐘。該(gai)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)完(wan),即刻由(you)輔導老(lao)師(shi)給與點評并(bing)針對演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)PPT課(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)的邏(luo)輯思(si)路提(ti)(ti)出改(gai)進(jin)(jin)建(jian)議(yi)。每(mei)位參加(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的人,必(bi)須(xu)針對演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian),自行(xing)準(zhun)(zhun)備用于演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的PPT課(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian),內容自定,但要(yao)(yao)(yao)求必(bi)須(xu)與其本職工作相關。演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)必(bi)須(xu)依照“課(ke)(ke)程品質控制(zhi)表(biao)”并(bing)運用“課(ke)(ke)程設計(ji)小(xiao)助手”來(lai)準(zhun)(zhun)備標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的PPT課(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian),輔導老(lao)師(shi)也將用“課(ke)(ke)程品質控制(zhi)表(biao)”為演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)打分并(bing)提(ti)(ti)出改(gai)進(jin)(jin)建(jian)議(yi)。演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)由(you)客戶自行(xing)指(zhi)定,標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)的PPT課(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)在開課(ke)(ke)前15天(tian)(tian)(tian)提(ti)(ti)供。每(mei)天(tian)(tian)(tian)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)8人的標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian),三(san)天(tian)(tian)(tian)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)24人的標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)。

深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)收費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是內(nei)(nei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩倍。在(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)結束之日(ri)算起至少45天以(yi)(yi)后才能進行(xing)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),以(yi)(yi)便讓學員(yuan)(yuan)消化前期內(nei)(nei)容(rong),并(bing)認真(zhen)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)備深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PPT課(ke)件。深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)在(zai)于輔(fu)導客戶(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)12名(ming)到15名(ming)內(nei)(nei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)師(shi)依(yi)照培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)教(jiao)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)技術(shu)(CDOS)相關(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項要求各自(zi)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一門(men)合格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)部培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計,這些人(ren)(ren)將成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為推動客戶(hu)(hu)內(nei)(nei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)設和課(ke)程(cheng)體系建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)力量。參(can)加(jia)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),每人(ren)(ren)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)1小(xiao)時,外加(jia)每人(ren)(ren)獲得20分鐘的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分析及點評,每天可(ke)以(yi)(yi)進行(xing)4人(ren)(ren)到5人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),3天可(ke)以(yi)(yi)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)12人(ren)(ren)到15人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。參(can)加(jia)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學員(yuan)(yuan)應該從參(can)加(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學員(yuan)(yuan)中選(xuan)拔,選(xuan)拔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)主要就是標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分數,并(bing)適當考慮其它因(yin)素(su)。參(can)加(jia)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學員(yuan)(yuan),仍(reng)然要提(ti)前認真(zhen)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)備演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PPT課(ke)件,并(bing)嚴格(ge)遵(zun)循(xun)培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)教(jiao)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)技術(shu)(CDOS)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評分標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)及相關(guan)要求。通過深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)師(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)說已經系統掌握了課(ke)程(cheng)設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技巧,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)承擔演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)課(ke)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)講解,已經是一名(ming)較為成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)熟的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)師(shi)了。
