學(xue)(xue)生思維(wei)三,把上(shang)班(ban)當成上(shang)學(xue)(xue)。要記住(zhu),上(shang)班(ban)不是(shi)上(shang)學(xue)(xue),上(shang)學(xue)(xue)上(shang)不好,頂多(duo)(duo)是(shi)成績差不多(duo)(duo),但上(shang)班(ban)上(shang)不好,可能會(hui)失(shi)業,會(hui)被裁(cai)員,所以工作一定(ding)要做(zuo)有結果,在公司解(jie)決了多(duo)(duo)少(shao)問題,扛了多(duo)(duo)少(shao)責(ze)任,創造了多(duo)(duo)少(shao)價值,決定(ding)你(ni)能賺多(duo)(duo)少(shao)錢。
總(zong)之(zhi)要(yao)記住,那(nei)就是你可能(neng)覺(jue)得自(zi)己還(huan)是一個孩子(zi),但是工作之(zhi)后,老板只會認(ren)為你是一個大(da)人,大(da)人就要(yao)承擔(dan)責(ze)任,要(yao)有業(ye)績產出,要(yao)把事情做好。
