KPI因何缺乏動力,KPI形容(rong)叫雞(ji)肋(lei),雞(ji)肋(lei)我們(men)食之無味,棄之可惜。因為(wei)(wei)發現(xian)很(hen)(hen)多(duo)推行KPI的(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業出現(xian)啥問題呢?沒有KPI的(de)(de)(de)(de)考(kao)核(he)(he)不行,那么(me)有KPI又沒有達到(dao)想(xiang)(xiang)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)期望。為(wei)(wei)什么(me)會這樣呢?因為(wei)(wei)KPI,它(ta)就是(shi)一(yi)個用(yong)來做績效(xiao)考(kao)核(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工具。但(dan)是(shi)它(ta)沒有和利益驅動高度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)融合,但(dan)發現(xian)這個力度(du)太小,而且它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯動性不夠強。還有很(hen)(hen)多(duo)老(lao)板(ban)(ban)不愿意(yi)為(wei)(wei)KPI付費,KPI他提(ti)(ti)出了高目(mu)標(biao)和高要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),但(dan)是(shi)并(bing)沒有給員(yuan)工帶(dai)來高激勵。老(lao)板(ban)(ban)是(shi)想(xiang)(xiang)實(shi)現(xian)高績效(xiao)和高目(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),但(dan)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)想(xiang)(xiang)實(shi)現(xian)那么(me)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)和提(ti)(ti)出那么(me)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)達成,必(bi)須要(yao)(yao)給員(yuan)工足夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)動力。如果讓員(yuan)工為(wei)(wei)老(lao)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高目(mu)標(biao)去奮斗的(de)(de)(de)(de)話,那當然站在人性的(de)(de)(de)(de)角度(du),員(yuan)工是(shi)不愿意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。所以KPI它(ta)并(bing)不符合人性的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求(qiu),也違背了經濟規律。
為什么(me)呢?很多企(qi)業(ye)給員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)定一個固(gu)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),高的固(gu)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)或高的底薪,然(ran)后提(ti)出高目標高要求(qiu),但是(shi)沒(mei)有給出員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)更(geng)好(hao)的激(ji)勵(li)的背后,是(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)覺(jue)得(de)好(hao)像(xiang)我只是(shi)一個打工(gong)(gong)(gong)人,我只是(shi)為老板(ban)而(er)干,因(yin)(yin)此(ci)缺乏了自(zi)動自(zi)發的這(zhe)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的熱情。最后結果不好(hao),那么(me)老板(ban)要扣錢,或者(zhe)從原(yuan)來(lai)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)當中扣取一部分(fen)。所以KPI讓員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和老板(ban)成為利益的對立體,KPI要求(qiu)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為老板(ban)干。KSF他要激(ji)勵(li)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為自(zi)己干,所以員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)抵觸KPI的,但是(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會認可KSF,因(yin)(yin)為KSF給到員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)足夠的激(ji)勵(li)。
