三(san)(san)、按照(zhao)日(ri)(ri)歷(li)(li)天數計算(suan)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)。在這種模(mo)式下(xia),日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)等于月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)以當(dang)(dang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)歷(li)(li)天數。舉例老劉的(de)(de)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)是(shi)三(san)(san)千塊(kuai)(kuai),六月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)歷(li)(li)天數是(shi)三(san)(san)十,則老劉當(dang)(dang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)就(jiu)是(shi)三(san)(san)千除(chu)(chu)(chu)以三(san)(san)十等于一百塊(kuai)(kuai)。需(xu)要注意的(de)(de)是(shi),在這種情況下(xia),休(xiu)息日(ri)(ri)和(he)法(fa)定節假日(ri)(ri)都是(shi)有工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)(de),員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)當(dang)(dang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)實際工(gong)(gong)資(zi)是(shi)多(duo)少,就(jiu)按照(zhao)其在職時間(jian)統(tong)計就(jiu)可以了,當(dang)(dang)然(ran)工(gong)(gong)作日(ri)(ri)請假還(huan)是(shi)要扣(kou)除(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de),以上三(san)(san)種模(mo)式都可以用(yong)于日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)(de)核算(suan)公司(si),具(ju)體(ti)用(yong)哪種,只要和(he)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)達成一致就(jiu)可以了。
