三(san)、要(yao)有成就(jiu)他人之心。如(ru)胖東來把 95% 的利潤分給員工(gong)(gong),讓(rang)員工(gong)(gong)達到小康生活(huo)水(shui)平,工(gong)(gong)資能有七千左右,把員工(gong)(gong)成長和幸(xing)福作為企業經營(ying)第一目標(biao)。如(ru)果老板沒有善心,不管多努力(li)企業永遠做不大。
